  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover valuable insights about customer segments and their behaviors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to identify key trends and opportunities for business growth
  • Develop and maintain predictive models and algorithms to support data-driven decision making
  • Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and apply them to improve our processes and strategies
  • Work with large and complex datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data analysis strategies and make recommendations for improvements
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data-related issues and challenges
  • Adhere to data privacy and security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of sensitive customer information.
