Credit & Collections Analyst

This individual will be responsible for managing customer credit and collections activities for the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, collections, and credit management. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor customer accounts and investigate any overdue payments.
2. Follow up on past due invoices and take appropriate action to ensure timely payment.
3. Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
4. Analyze customer financial statements and credit histories to determine credit limits and terms.
5. Liaise with customers to resolve disputes, negotiate payment plans and collect payments.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on credit and collection activities.
7. Monitor customer credit limits and make recommendations for changes as needed.
8. Maintain current knowledge of credit and collection laws and regulations.
9. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
