Job Description

At Trimble, we are hiring an experienced Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team of professionals. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will possess an ability to work independently and collaboratively, while being an effective communicator.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in the technology industry. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of financial controls, credit terms, and collections processes. The Credit & Collections Analyst will be responsible for managing and monitoring customer credit and collecting customer payments. This individual will also be responsible for analyzing customer creditworthiness and developing credit strategies. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and monitor customer credit on a daily basis.
  2. Collect customer payments in a timely manner.
  3. Analyze customer creditworthiness and develop credit strategies accordingly.
  4. Maintain financial controls and credit terms.
  5. Monitor collections processes.
  6. Provide customer service and support.
  7. Keep up to date with relevant industry developments and trends.
  8. Produce financial reports for senior management.
  9. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Develop and implement solutions for improving current credit and collections processes.

Compensation
