
Credit & Collections Analyst

The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate review, analysis, and management of our credit and collections processes. This includes collections, accounts receivables, payment terms, and customer account balances. In addition, you must have at least 5 years of experience in credit, collections, or a related field. Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and manage credit and collections processes, including collections, accounts receivables, payment terms, and customer account balances.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and recommend payment terms.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure payment terms are being met.
- Investigate and analyze customer disputes and discrepancies.
- Prepare and review monthly reports of customer account status and credit risk.
- Communicate with customers to ensure payments are made on time.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and minimize bad debt.
- Stay up to date on changes in credit and collections regulations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
