  1. Provide technical support to customers on Trimble's civil engineering and surveying software and hardware solutions.
  2. Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to enhance their knowledge and proper use of Trimble products.
  3. Collaborate with the product development team to identify and address any technical issues or bugs reported by customers.
  4. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in the civil engineering and surveying industry.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of Trimble's products to potential customers.
  6. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide technical insights for product positioning and messaging.
  7. Assist in the development of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for Trimble products.
  8. Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and provide feedback to the product development team.
  9. Represent Trimble at industry events and conferences to showcase our products and gather customer feedback.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor for their technical needs.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate Trimble's products and services.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  13. Keep track of customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team for future product enhancements.
  14. Act as a mentor and provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Surveying, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Engineering Or Surveying Software Applications.

  • Proficiency In Trimble Software, Including Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access, And Trimble Realworks.

  • Knowledge Of Land Surveying Principles And Procedures.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
