  1. Serve as the subject matter expert on Trimble's construction software, staying up-to-date with the latest updates and advancements in the industry.
  2. Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, troubleshooting any issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and suggestions for software improvements based on client needs and industry trends.
  4. Conduct trainings and demonstrations to educate clients and team members on the features and capabilities of Trimble's construction software.
  5. Work closely with sales teams to identify potential clients and assist with product demonstrations and presentations.
  6. Monitor and analyze data and feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  7. Create and maintain documentation and resources for the software, including user guides and tutorials.
  8. Assist in the implementation and integration of Trimble's software with clients' existing systems.
  9. Stay informed on competitor products and industry trends to ensure Trimble's software remains competitive and relevant.
  10. Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Trimble Software, Including Proficiency In Trimble Business Center, Trimble Connect, And Trimble Field Link.

  • Strong Understanding Of Civil Construction Processes And Workflows, With Experience In Creating And Implementing Software Solutions To Improve Efficiency And Accuracy.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support Team Members On The Use Of Trimble Software.

  • Experience Working On Large-Scale Construction Projects With Multiple Stakeholders And The Ability To Manage And Prioritize Tasks To Meet Project Deadlines.
