- Manage the onboarding process of new carriers onto the transportation management system.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for carrier onboarding projects.
- Communicate with carriers to gather necessary information and documentation for onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers to facilitate successful integration into our network.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance during the onboarding process.
- Train and support carriers on the use of our transportation management system.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the carrier onboarding process to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure all onboarding tasks and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the team.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to all carriers and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
Experience With Carrier Onboarding Processes And Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, As Well As Knowledge Of Data Analysis And Reporting Techniques.
