- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience for all potential candidates, from application to onboarding.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate journey and ensure a positive experience for all applicants.
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and provide timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded and maintained in the company's applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand hiring needs and provide support in sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates, assessing their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Trimble, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve the recruitment and candidate experience processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Uphold and promote Trimble's commitment to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the candidate experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Candidate-Facing Role, Preferably In A Technology Or Engineering Company.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Candidates.
Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Particularly In Regards To Candidate Privacy And Data Protection.
