- Communicate technical information and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and ensure that the systems meet their expectations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay current on software updates and new technologies to ensure Trimble's systems are utilizing the most advanced and efficient tools.
- Train and support end-users on new system functionalities and processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to business systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business data and information.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Business Analysis Or A Related Role.
Strong Understanding Of Business Processes, Systems, And Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Teams.
