Trimble is seeking a highly motivated Benefits Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in benefits administration, communication, and strategic planning to support our employees and contribute to the success of our organization. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of managing complex benefit programs and a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Manage all aspects of employee benefits, including enrollment, communication, and claims resolution.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new benefits offerings and initiatives.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees, providing guidance and support regarding benefit options and utilization.
  6. Conduct regular audits and analysis of benefit plans to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for enhancements.
  7. Partner with external vendors and brokers to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality services are provided.
  8. Develop and deliver engaging and informative communications to educate employees on benefit options and updates.
  9. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing and resolving any benefit-related inquiries or issues.
  11. Monitor and manage benefit budget and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  12. Participate in open enrollment process and assist with the development and implementation of related communication materials.
  13. Collaborate with HR team to ensure benefit programs are effectively integrated with other HR initiatives and processes.
  14. Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve benefit processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Cobra, And Aca.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data To Make Informed Benefits Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
