- Design and implement a comprehensive benefits program for employees, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company's benefits program remains competitive and compliant.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external benefit providers and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Conduct regular audits and analyses to ensure the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of the benefits program.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefit options and assist with navigating the enrollment process.
- Organize and conduct employee education sessions on benefit plans, including new hire orientations and open enrollment meetings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee wellness programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee benefits and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and maintain company policies and procedures related to employee benefits.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes regarding employee benefits.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's benefits program to meet the evolving needs of employees and the organization as a whole.
- Mentor and train junior members of the benefits team, if applicable.
- Uphold the company's values and standards and act as a positive representative of the organization to employees and external partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration And Management.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees.
Experience With Benefits Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
