  1. Conduct thorough audits of clients' freight billing processes to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient and effective audit processes.
  3. Utilize analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements for clients.
  4. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized audit records and documentation.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to freight auditing.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the audit process.
  9. Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless and efficient audit process.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and streamline audit processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on audit processes and procedures.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and company growth.
  15. Represent Trimble in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Freight Audit, Transportation Logistics, Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Large Volumes Of Data.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations, Compliance, And Auditing Standards.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Relevant Software Programs.
