- Lead and manage a team of technical support specialists in providing exceptional service to users across the Americas region.
- Ensure all help desk requests are addressed promptly and efficiently, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
- Oversee the development and training of team members to ensure they are equipped to handle technical challenges.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements for the help desk.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT systems and processes.
- Monitor and analyze help desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT support to continuously improve the team's knowledge and skills.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including handling escalations and difficult customer interactions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks, and develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Work with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient support experience for all users.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Technical Support Or Help Desk Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Information Systems And Networking Principles.
Experience Supervising A Team Of Help Desk Technicians.
