
Account Executive - Customer, Mid Market

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mid Market clients.
- Understand clients' needs and goals in order to provide suitable solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of services.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential growth within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and increase customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure overall customer success.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
- Continuously improve knowledge of Trimble's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Or Software Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Needs And Market Trends, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Sales Plans.
