
Workforce Education Clinical and Program Specialist
At TriCore Reference Laboratories, we are seeking a Workforce Education Clinical and Program Specialist who will be a key part of our team in the development of our workforce education programs. The successful candidate must have a passion for helping others learn and grow in a clinical setting. They must also possess an ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing clinical education programs, a deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, and exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of three years of experience in a clinical or educational setting, and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical education programs in a healthcare setting
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
