
Total Rewards Analyst

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in total rewards to ensure our company remains competitive and attractive to top talent
- Develop and implement total rewards policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current total rewards programs, including base pay, incentives, benefits, and perks, and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and leadership, to develop and maintain a comprehensive total rewards strategy
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive salary ranges and make recommendations for salary adjustments
- Manage the administration and communication of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the best total rewards offerings for our employees
- Educate and train managers and employees on total rewards programs and policies to promote understanding and appreciation for the company's benefits package
- Provide support and guidance to HR and leadership on total rewards-related matters, including compensation decisions, job offers, and promotions.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Compensation And Benefits, Including Flsa, Aca, And Erisa.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Using Hris And Excel.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders.
