Manage and respond to phone and e-mail user requests for Rhodes Group and TriCore Information Technology Help Desk support, opening support tickets as required with accurate documentation of the complex issue, escalate to appropriate individuals, and proactively coordinate resolution of issues. Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve simple to intermediate TriCore IT application issues and password resets.
