Lead Medical Follow-Up
Serves as the lead person for assigned work unit by organizing and maintaining workflow, performing Quality Assurance (QA) audits and performing all duties of assigned work unit using a high degree of proficiency. Serves as a backup in the Supervisor’s absence; assists the Supervisor with the daily operation of assigned areas; performs timecard reviews; assists in annual employee reviews and disciplinary actions; and assists staff as appropriate. Uses independent judgment, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities to provide guidance to team members.
Experience with training employees.
Thorough knowledge of insurance and HCFA regulations as well as federal and any specific state collection guidelines
