HR Specialist

TriCore Reference Laboratories is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and help us maintain a positive and productive work environment. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, and at least two years of relevant experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of employment law. Responsiblities:

1. Manage the recruitment process for new employees, including conducting job postings, reviewing resumes, and interviewing candidates
2. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation
3. Administer the performance review process
4. Handle employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
5. Maintain employee records and databases
6. Monitor and update HR policies and procedures
7. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
8. Assist with employee development and training initiatives
9. Provide guidance and advice to management and staff on HR-related matters
10. Perform other related duties as assigned
