- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of sample processing.
- Verify patient information and confirm the correct order of tests to be performed.
- Label, store, and transport specimens according to laboratory procedures.
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with samples or testing processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all phlebotomy procedures and patient information.
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service, addressing any concerns or questions with empathy and professionalism.

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by laboratory management.
Certification In Phlebotomy: A Qualified Candidate For This Position Should Have A Current Certification In Phlebotomy From An Accredited Program Or Organization. This Ensures That The Individual Has Been Trained In The Proper Techniques And Procedures For Drawing Blood And Handling Specimens.
