Client Implementation Manager

Responsible to lead and manage a Rhodes Group department focused on the implementation and support of products and services with external Rhodes clients. Evaluate, recommend and implement new applications technologies that will enhance Rhodes Group client business operations. Lead implementation staff in the deployment, configuration and support of Rhodes Group solutions and services. Assure highest levels of customer service and satisfaction are obtained. Review and approve all leave requests and time cards (for non-exempt staff only.). Recruit and select staff as needed. Evaluate and provide reviews of individual performances. Perform disciplinary actions as needed.
