Job Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Is Required For This Position. Candidates With A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business Or Insurance, May Be Preferred.

  • Previous Experience In A Customer Service Or Administrative Role Is Desired. Experience In The Insurance Industry Or Knowledge Of Workers Compensation Claims Is A Plus.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Trainee Will Be Interacting With Injured Workers, Employers, And Medical Professionals On A Daily Basis.

  • Attention To Detail And The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data Are Important Qualifications For This Position. The Trainee Will Be Responsible For Reviewing And Processing Complex Claims, And Accuracy Is Crucial To Ensure Fair And Timely Resolution.
