We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workers Compensation Benefit Management Claim Analyst to join our team at Travelers.   1. Manage and analyze workers compensation claims to ensure timely and accurate benefit payments.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, employees, and medical professionals, to deliver optimal outcomes.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations of claims, including gathering and analyzing relevant information and evidence.
  4. Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to make sound decisions and recommendations regarding claim resolution.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records and documentation.
  6. Communicate with all parties involved in a professional and effective manner, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  7. Identify and escalate potential fraud or suspicious claims.
  8. Stay up-to-date on state and federal laws and regulations related to workers compensation claims.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their employees, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve claim management processes and procedures.
  11. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve claim handling practices to ensure high quality and efficient service delivery.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.
  15. Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Insurance

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Workers Compensation Laws And Regulations

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workers Compensation Claims Management Or Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Attorneys, And Medical Professionals

  • Experience With Claim Management Software And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Microsoft Excel And Access
