  1. Manage and analyze workers' compensation claims to ensure timely and accurate payment of benefits.
  2. Review and evaluate medical and legal information related to workers' compensation claims.
  3. Communicate with various stakeholders, including employees, healthcare providers, and legal representatives, to gather information and provide updates on claim status.
  4. Identify and investigate potential fraudulent claims.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to workers' compensation.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and risk management, to develop and implement strategies for managing workers' compensation claims.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities and decisions.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees on workers' compensation policies and procedures.
  9. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing workers' compensation claims.
  10. Support and assist employees with any questions or issues related to workers' compensation benefits.
  11. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to ensure the best possible support for employees.
  13. Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on claim status and progress.
  14. Complete any other duties or projects as assigned by management.
