  1. Handle and manage complex construction liability claims, including investigation, evaluation, and resolution.

  9. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all claim activities and decisions.
  10. Mentor and train junior claim representatives to ensure consistent and high-quality claims handling.
  11. Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while adhering to company guidelines and policies.
  12. Participate in company initiatives and projects to improve processes and procedures related to construction liability claims.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Risk Management, Insurance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Handling Complex Construction Liability Claims.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Relationships With Clients And Legal Professionals.
