  1. Provide technical expertise and support for liability insurance products offered by Travelers.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of liability claims and policies to determine coverage and liability.
  3. Collaborate with underwriters and claims adjusters to ensure accurate and comprehensive coverage for clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in liability insurance to advise on potential risks and opportunities.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to effectively communicate technical information and address any concerns.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of new liability insurance products and procedures.
  7. Conduct training sessions for team members and other departments on liability insurance products and updates.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to liability insurance.
  9. Investigate and resolve complex liability insurance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to liability insurance.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities and communications related to liability insurance.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze liability insurance market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  14. Represent Travelers at industry events and conferences to promote our liability insurance products and services.
  15. Uphold Travelers' values and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Technical Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, Specifically In The Area Of Liability Claims And Coverage

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Regulations, Including State And Federal Laws

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Evaluate Complex Claims And Make Sound Decisions Based On Data And Evidence.
