  1. Design and develop software solutions to support the implementation and integration of Workday at Travelers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Utilize your expertise in software engineering to develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient code.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes to enhance the overall performance of the Workday platform.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Experience With Agile Development Methodologies And Working In A Collaborative Team Environment.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Preferably With Experience In Workday.

  • Strong Understanding Of Object-Oriented Programming Principles And Experience With Coding Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.

  • Knowledge Of Workday's Suite Of Products And Their Integration Capabilities, Including Experience With At Least One Full Implementation Of Workday.
