  1. Develop and maintain software applications using Guidewire PolicyCenter for the insurance industry.

  11. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and escalate any issues.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
  13. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  14. Act as a mentor to junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and its values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience With Guidewire Policycenter Or Other Similar Policy Administration Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Object-Oriented Programming And Design Principles.

  • Proficiency In Java, Xml, And Sql.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Debug Complex Software Issues.
