  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain high standards of software quality.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software products meet business and customer requirements.
  3. Design and execute manual and automated tests to identify and report any defects or bugs in software.
  4. Identify areas for improvement in the software development and testing process and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  5. Work closely with developers to understand the technical aspects of the software and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
  6. Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
  7. Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues to identify the source of problems and recommend solutions.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quality software products.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in software testing and quality assurance.
