  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients and provide recommendations for risk management strategies.
  2. Develop and implement risk control programs and policies to mitigate potential risks for clients.
  3. Collaborate with underwriters to evaluate risk exposures and make appropriate risk management decisions.
  4. Conduct on-site visits and inspections to assess potential hazards and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize their impact.
  6. Communicate with clients to provide guidance on risk management best practices and help them understand their insurance coverage.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to clients.
  8. Train and mentor other team members on risk control best practices and procedures.
  9. Prepare and present reports on risk control measures to clients and internal stakeholders.
  10. Foster strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as claims and underwriting, to identify and address potential risks.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance risk control procedures.
  13. Keep accurate and detailed records of risk control activities and findings.
  14. Stay informed on emerging risks and provide recommendations for new products or services to address them.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on risk control for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Risk Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Risk Control Strategies And Programs.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Best Practices For Risk Control.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure.
