- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Train and mentor other team members on risk control best practices and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports on risk control measures to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as claims and underwriting, to identify and address potential risks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance risk control procedures.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of risk control activities and findings.
- Stay informed on emerging risks and provide recommendations for new products or services to address them.
- Act as a subject matter expert on risk control for internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Risk Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Risk Control Strategies And Programs.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Best Practices For Risk Control.
