  1. Conduct on-site assessments and inspections of construction sites to identify potential risks and hazards.

  4. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  5. Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement and make proactive recommendations.

  7. Mentor and train junior risk control consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Document and report findings, recommendations, and progress to clients and internal teams.
  9. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by promptly addressing any client concerns or issues.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk control programs and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  11. Collaborate with underwriters and claims professionals to provide risk control support and guidance.
  12. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated on emerging risks and best practices.
  13. Conduct presentations and training sessions for clients and internal teams on risk management topics.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of risk control.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Construction Industry Knowledge: A Senior Risk Control Consultant At Travelers Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Construction Industry, Including Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Risk Management Experience: This Role Requires A Candidate With 5+ Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Specifically In The Construction Sector. A Strong Understanding Of Risk Assessment, Mitigation Strategies, And Loss Control Measures Is Essential.
