Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Reinsurance Accounting, Preferably In A Senior Or Supervisory Role
Strong Understanding Of Reinsurance Principles And Practices, Including Understanding Of Complex Reinsurance Structures And Treaties
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Accounting Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Financial Data And Trends Effectively.
