Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Reinsurance Accounting, Preferably In A Senior Or Supervisory Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Reinsurance Principles And Practices, Including Understanding Of Complex Reinsurance Structures And Treaties

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Accounting Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Financial Data And Trends Effectively.
