- Manage a team of actuaries, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth and development.
- Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and internal data to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as underwriting and marketing, to develop and execute pricing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current pricing models and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pricing and actuarial standards.

- Represent Travelers in industry events and conferences, showcasing our pricing expertise and thought leadership.

- Uphold Travelers' commitment to customer service by ensuring fair and accurate pricing for our products.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on pricing-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive business results.
Extensive Actuarial Experience: A Senior Director, Actuarial Centralized Pricing At Travelers Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Actuarial Field, With A Deep Understanding Of Pricing Strategies And Techniques.
Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership And Management Skills, As The Senior Director Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Actuaries And Driving The Overall Pricing Strategy For The Company.
