- Provide expert legal counsel and advice to the firm's clients on coverage litigation matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decisions.
- Draft and review court documents, pleadings, and motions related to coverage litigation cases.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to develop and implement effective case strategies.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case progress and address any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments related to coverage litigation.
- Identify potential risks and provide proactive legal advice to mitigate them.
- Mentor and train junior attorneys on the team.

Extensive Experience In Coverage Litigation: A Senior Counsel At Travelers Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Coverage Litigation, Including Insurance Policies, Regulations, And Legal Precedent. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Handling Complex Coverage Disputes.
Strong Legal Background: Candidates Must Possess A Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School And Be Admitted To Practice In The State Where The Position Is Located. They Should Also Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, With A Focus On Coverage Litigation.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Senior Counsel, The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Legal Concepts To Both Internal And External Stakeholders Is Crucial. This Includes Strong Writing And Verbal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Negotiate And Persuade.
