Extensive Experience With Salesforce: A Senior Architect At Travelers Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce, Including Implementation, Customization, And Integration.
Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Architecture, Data Modeling, And Development Best Practices. They Should Also Be Proficient In Apex, Visualforce, And Other Salesforce Technologies.
Project Management Experience: A Senior Architect Should Have Experience Leading And Managing Large-Scale Salesforce Projects, Including Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Project Timelines And Budgets.
Business Acumen: In Addition To Technical Skills, The Senior Architect Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And How They Can Be Optimized Through Salesforce. They Should Also Have Experience Gathering And Translating Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
Salesforce Certifications: To Demonstrate Their Expertise, Candidates Should Have Multiple Salesforce Certifications, Such As Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, And/Or Certified System Architect.
