  1. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide customized solutions using our RMIS technology.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert on RMIS technology, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  4. Conduct market research and stay informed about competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of RMIS solutions.
  6. Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively present and sell our RMIS solutions to potential clients.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, acting as their main point of contact for any inquiries or issues.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Risk Management Information Systems (Rmis) And Related Technologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, Building And Maintaining Client Relationships, And Driving Revenue Growth.
