Job Description

As a Risk Management Analyst at Travelers, you will have an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is focused on managing risk across the organization. In this role, you will play a key part in monitoring risk management practices, providing guidance on risk mitigation strategies, and working with stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, or a related field with at least three years of experience in a risk management role. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus. The ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders is a must. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor risk management practices in order to identify potential areas of risk and recommend mitigation strategies.
  2. Provide guidance to stakeholders on risk management best practices and policies.
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends and correlations in risk management.
  5. Participate in risk management meetings and discussions.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on risk management topics.
  7. Develop and implement risk management processes and procedures.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices related to risk management.
  10. Assist with the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
