  1. Conduct on-site risk assessments and evaluations for clients to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to develop risk control strategies and solutions to minimize potential losses.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique risk exposures and develop customized risk management plans.
  4. Conduct training and education sessions for clients and internal staff on risk control best practices.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and effectiveness of risk control services.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on risk control issues and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  8. Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining risk assessment findings and recommendations.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company to ensure seamless delivery of risk control services.
  10. Continuously assess and improve risk control processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote risk control services and build relationships.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Risk Management Principles And Practices: A Risk Control Technical Consultant Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Practices, Including Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, And Risk Mitigation Strategies.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Information To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Effective Risk Control Solutions.

  • Experience In Conducting On-Site Risk Assessments: Travelers' Risk Control Technical Consultants Must Have Experience In Conducting On-Site Risk Assessments At Client Locations. This Includes The Ability To Identify Potential Hazards, Evaluate Existing Risk Control Measures, And Recommend Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Field Consultant, This Role Involves Interacting With Clients, Conducting Training Sessions, And Presenting Risk Control Recommendations. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships And Effectively Conveying Information.

  • Relevant Industry Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Background In A Specific Industry Or Industries, Such As Construction, Manufacturing, Or Healthcare. This Allows The Consultant To Understand The Unique Risks And Challenges Faced By Clients In That Industry And Provide Tailored Risk Control Solutions.
