  1. Analyze and evaluate potential risks associated with clients' inland marine operations.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of inland marine equipment, facilities, and operations.
  3. Identify and recommend risk control measures to mitigate potential hazards.
  4. Develop comprehensive risk management plans and strategies for clients.
  5. Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to inland marine risk management.
  8. Work closely with underwriters and claims professionals to provide risk control support and expertise.
  9. Conduct training and educational programs for clients and internal stakeholders on risk management strategies.
  10. Participate in risk control audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all risk control activities.
  12. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk control measures and make adjustments as needed.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on inland marine risks and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  14. Assist in the development and implementation of new risk control initiatives and programs.
  15. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
