  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients to identify potential hazards and develop effective control measures.
  2. Review and analyze client data, reports, and policies to identify potential areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to their specific needs.
  4. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management to continuously improve our services.
  6. Provide training and guidance to clients on risk management best practices and procedures.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented risk control measures and make adjustments as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  9. Collaborate with other risk control consultants and teams to share knowledge and best practices.
  10. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and standards.
  11. Keep accurate and detailed records of risk assessments, recommendations, and client interactions.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance our risk management services.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues and clients on risk management issues.
  15. Maintain a positive and proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks for our clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Risk Management, Insurance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Control Or Risk Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, Including Osha, Nfpa, And Iso.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Information And Interact With Clients.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Associate In Risk Management (Arm) Preferred.
