  6. Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality risk control services to clients.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and trust in our services.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate risk management strategies to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Analyze data and create reports to track risk control performance and measure the effectiveness of strategies.
  10. Train and educate clients on risk management techniques and best practices to help them maintain a safe and secure environment.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to risk control.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the company in a professional and ethical manner.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert in risk control to support the company's business development efforts.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth in the field of risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Risk Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Control Or Loss Prevention, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry-Specific Hazards, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks.

  • Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
