We are looking for a Risk Control Consultant at Travelers to join our team and help us keep our clients safe. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in the risk management field and a knack for problem-solving. They will need to have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures to ensure the safety of Travelers' clients.
- Monitor safety regulations and industry best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively identify and assess potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
- Develop and deliver risk management training to Travelers' employees.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk control strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and vendors in the risk management field.
- Assist with the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
- Investigate and document incidents of risk and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Attend meetings and conferences to stay informed of developments in the risk management field.
- Prepare and present reports to upper management on the progress of risk control initiatives.
