  1. Oversee and manage the premium audit process for the company.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of premium audit data and reports.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve premium audit efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Train and supervise a team of premium auditors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Review and analyze premium audit results to identify discrepancies and address any issues.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to resolve premium audit-related matters.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations related to premium audits.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and external auditors.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the premium audit process.
  11. Monitor and manage premium audit budgets and expenses.
  12. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the premium audit process.
  13. Communicate and present premium audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Premium Audit Or Related Insurance Industry Experience

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Procedures, And Regulations

  • Previous Experience Managing A Team And Conducting Performance Evaluations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
