- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of premium audit data and reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve premium audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and supervise a team of premium auditors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review and analyze premium audit results to identify discrepancies and address any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to resolve premium audit-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations related to premium audits.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and external auditors.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the premium audit process.
- Monitor and manage premium audit budgets and expenses.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the premium audit process.
- Communicate and present premium audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Premium Audit Or Related Insurance Industry Experience
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Procedures, And Regulations
Previous Experience Managing A Team And Conducting Performance Evaluations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
