  1. Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of property damage claims to determine coverage and liability.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and other parties involved in the claims process to provide timely and accurate updates.
  3. Utilize company technology and tools to efficiently process and document claims.
  4. Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
  6. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, agents, and other professionals in the insurance industry.
  7. Continuously learn and develop knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and industry trends.
  8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share knowledge and best practices.
  9. Prioritize and manage a high volume of claims while meeting established performance metrics.
  10. Travel to various locations to assess property damage and conduct on-site inspections.
  11. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  12. Attend training sessions and complete required coursework to further develop skills and knowledge.
  13. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of claims handling.
  14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving personal and team goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Insurance

  • Knowledge Of Property Insurance Policies And Procedures, Including Claims Handling And Property Damage Assessment
