- Conduct property claim investigations: The Outside Property Claim Representative Trainee will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations of property claims, including inspecting damage, gathering evidence and information, and determining coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service: The Trainee will be expected to provide prompt, courteous, and empathetic customer service to policyholders and other stakeholders involved in the claims process.
- Learn and develop skills: The Trainee will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to handle complex property claims, including negotiating settlements, interpreting insurance policies, and managing claim files.
- Support the territory: The Trainee will be responsible for supporting the Phoenix territory by handling assigned claims, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting other team members as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Insurance.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Adjusters, And Other Internal And External Stakeholders.
Ability To Work Independently And Manage A High Volume Of Claims While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
Prior Experience In Customer Service Or A Related Field, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Willingness To Travel Within The Phoenix Territory And Work Flexible Hours As Needed To Handle Field Claims.
