As an Outside Property Claim Representative Trainee, you will play a vital role in helping our customers recover from property damage and get back on their feet.   1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Handle property damage claims from initial report to final resolution, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is collected and processed accurately.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the cause and extent of property damage, and make recommendations for coverage and settlement.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and other involved parties to provide updates on claim status, answer questions, and address any concerns.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activity and expenses.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and effective handling of claims.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, in the processing of claims.
  8. Continuously learn and stay updated on company products, services, and procedures to provide the best possible service to customers.
  9. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting a positive image and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to the position.
  11. Adhere to company standards of excellence in customer service, ethics, and professionalism.
