Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Or Business Administration.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Automotive Industry, Preferably In An Appraisal Or Claims Handling Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Vehicle Repair And Maintenance Processes, As Well As Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Repair Shops, And Other Stakeholders.
Certification Or Licensing In Appraisal Or Claims Handling, Such As Ase Certification Or State Insurance Adjuster License, May Be Required.
