  1. Coordinate and manage the medical treatment of injured workers, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for injured workers, considering their specific needs and goals.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and appropriate medical treatment for injured workers.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments of injured workers' medical needs and provide recommendations for treatment.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the progress of injured workers' medical treatment, making adjustments to the care plan as needed.
  6. Communicate regularly with injured workers, their employers, and insurance representatives to provide updates on their medical treatment and progress.
  7. Act as a liaison between injured workers and their healthcare providers, ensuring all parties are informed and working towards the same goals.
  8. Review medical records and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  9. Utilize knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance and proper handling of claims.
  10. Advocate for injured workers' rights and needs throughout the workers compensation process.
  11. Keep detailed and organized records of all interactions and activities related to each case.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in medical case management.
  13. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and outcomes.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy policies and regulations.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and compassionate manner when interacting with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing (Bsn Or Msn)

  • Valid And Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience, Preferably In Workers Compensation Or Case Management

  • Knowledge Of State Workers Compensation Laws And Regulations

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Advocate For Injured Workers And Their Families.
