Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Human Resources Or A Related Field Is Essential For A Manager, Human Resources Position At Travelers. This Demonstrates A Solid Foundation Of Knowledge And Skills Necessary For Managing A Team And Handling Complex Hr Issues.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management: In Addition To Education, Extensive Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Human Resources Field Is Necessary For This Position.
