- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision making for the technology and operations departments.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and provide insights on financial performance, trends, and potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and help drive financial initiatives and projects.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators for technology and operations departments.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the technology and operations departments.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial analysis.
- Stay informed on industry and market trends and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Communicate financial results and analysis to various stakeholders, including senior leadership and department heads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on financial goals and initiatives.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support on financial analysis and reporting.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Technology And Operations Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Concepts, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modeling.
Advanced Proficiency In Financial Software And Tools, Such As Excel, Sap, And Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Data To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
